Monday September 1st, 2025, Voku benefit for Vrrrane, anarcha feminist group from Zagreb. Food served from 7pm, no reservation.
On this first night of September we will be cooking for friends & comrades from Zagreb, Croatia to support them with their legal costs. Instead of cooking for the Vrrrane collective, we will support these comrades who are urgently in need of funds!
In October*, some people will have a court case concerning charges of disturbing the public peace and order. Four people were violently arrested during an action on the 30th of July against a nationalist military parade. They jumped the fence and laid down in front of the vehicles with red paint on their clothes symbolizing blood and death in order to protest against militarization and hyping people for nationalism and war.
All your donations will go to Zagreb, where we will distribute the money to the people who need it to help with lawyer’s costs and potential fines that come out of the court case. During the event, we will we will share some infos about the action as well as the upcoming bookfair & cyclocamp in Zagreb.
