The funds for this benefit will go towards paying the rent debt of the family member of a Black comrade who is at risk of eviction and houselessness in the US after spending the final months of her brother’s life as his primary caretaker. This responsibility has put her in debt with her landlord and with her cost for nursing school.
Volkseten Vegazulu is a people’s kitchens existing since the very beginning of Joe’s Garage, June 2005. Your donations are welcome. Food is vegan, no reservation. All benefits go to social & political struggles. Joe’s Garage is a space run by volunteers. Without a collective effort, without your active participation, we’re remaining closed.
