Joe’s latent queer-ness spilled all over the agenda! Queeristan’s fund-raiser for the eponymous festival adresses issues such as privilege, power, and sex. Compitch will present women struggle in Chiapas to prevent the eviction of local communities from their land. And, either the summer comes or not, Joe is already hot: with an Allen’s comedy, the explicit Shortbus, and Gondry’s Human Nature, Joe’s Cinema is outrageously throwing its “Kinky June®” program. Then, on an other frontline of the struggle, squat explorators from the SQuatting Europe Kollective will share their discoveries, amassed from social centers all over Europe.
